I Mean Us —— This is far beyond just the name of the band, it also means “uniting every single piece of different instruments, ideas and thoughts as one.” Sometimes the outcome isn’t always perfectly smooth as they expected, but it’s just like every spectacular mountain has its striking edges and corners.
The album Into Innerverse was created after facing the bitterness of life and the sorrow of losing friends. All these songs tell different stories, such as a night cruising memory, a self-mumbling moment and an imagination beyond life and death. It has been three years since they released their first debut album. I Mean Us have walked through the pandemic with this world side by side. Those anxious and helpless hours forced them to start digging into the deep innerverse, which was already full of darkness.
Till these days, I Mean Us is still exploring the unknown areas in our hearts. They won’t stop cultivating those alternative and surreal sounds even when the time comes to an end.

至少要留下震耳的壯烈。
「我即是我們」，這是 I Mean Us 的團名意譯，也是所有樂團之所以成型的定律。一個個單獨的「我」，將各自的器樂、美學、意見、品味嘗試拼在一起，成為「我們」。
那結合的結果不總是規矩方正的，更常見的反倒是崎嶇的邊角、鋸齒狀的接縫，好比板塊碰撞出的山巒，為了勇敢壯麗，捨棄最光滑的弧面。
距離首張專輯三年，I Mean Us 和這世界共同經歷了疫情。外在的封鎖與不安，迫使他們往心內的宇宙看，沒想到裡頭已有這麼多不可言喻的黑暗。
「Into Innerverse」——面對共同失去的朋友、生活遭遇的責難，這些歌陸續誕生於一段段夜晚的騎行、喃喃自語的虛詞，以及穿越生死的幻想。
與製作人韓立康、鍾濰宇、Jon Du 合作，I Mean Us 探索未知，雕刻奇險的另類搖滾之聲，直至結局依然浪漫。
