Hiroshi Nagai depicts landscapes with "buildings". This long-awaited large-format collection of his works, which includes some of his first published works, will be published this summer! Popular illustrator Hiroshi Nagai has been active since the 1970s in a variety of record jackets and advertisements, including the jacket work for the immortal classic album "A LONG VACATION" (Eiichi Otaki). His unique style, a mixture of surrealism and pop art, gradually took shape in Nagai's mind during a 40-day trip to the U.S. in the early 1970s, combined with scenes of palm trees lining the streets in front of train stations in his hometown. In 2022, Nagai will continue to produce works in collaboration with the "U.S. ORIGINATOR" spec All-Star, as well as a collaboration model with the Miyazaki Car Ferry, and a collaboration model with the "U.S. ORIGINATOR" spec All-Star.
