The fourth solo album (1977) recorded in LA by Kyozo Nishioka, a singer-songwriter in the Kansai region who has a close relationship with Haruomi Hosono, after traveling to Mexico, Miami, Bahama and New Orleans. The performance will be centered on members of the Sobat Review, including June Yamagishi (g) and Osamu Ishida (g), with the participation of Robert Greenidge, a steelpan player who co-stars with Van Dyke Parks and Taj Mahal. The recording is a romantic drunken blues "African Moon" along with "Pukapuka", a mellow strange song "Gypsy Song", "NEVER SONG" which is drunk with the sound of blissful steel bread, etc. Haruomi Hosono's "Hiroyuki Taiyasu", Makoto Kubota and the sunset orchestra "Hawaii Champloo" are the masterpieces of exotica pop.
